报告人简介：

Chuenjit Chancharoonpong：Dr. Chuenjit Chancharoonpong works on food microbiology, food safety, and food security research areas. She currently works at the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition, Kasetsart University, Sakon Nakhon Campus. She is invited to conduct the Local Microbial Innovation Intermediary and Service Unit Pilot Project operated by The Office of National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. Moreover, she involves in the cross-border community development in agri-food system in the Greater Mekong Subregion in order to develop agri-food value chain and food and nutrition security for local community
