报告题目:China-New Zealand Collaboration on Research in Food Chemistry and Functional Foods

报告人:Daniel Granato (Auckland University of Technology, Professor)

报告人简介:

Daniel is a Food Engineer with a robust interdisciplinary foundation in Food Science & Technology and Experimental/Human Nutrition. He holds two doctoral degrees: a PhD in Experimental Nutrition from the University of São Paulo, Brazil (2009–2011), and a PhD in Food Chemistry from Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands (2014–2016). His career spans research, academia, and leadership across multiple countries. Daniel began his research career as a Research Officer at the Adolfo Lutz Institute in Brazil (2012–2013), followed by a five-year tenure as Assistant Professor at the State University of Ponta Grossa (2014–2019), where he contributed to teaching, research development, and student mentorship. He then transitioned to Europe, taking on an Associate Professorship at the Natural Resources Institute Finland (2019–2021), focusing on sustainable food systems and applied nutrition. In 2021, Daniel joined the University of Limerick in Ireland as Associate Professor in Food Science and Health, further expanding his expertise in functional ingredients and public health nutrition. Seeking a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle, he relocated to New Zealand in 2025, where he currently serves as Chair in Food Science—leading research initiatives, mentoring emerging scientists, and promoting innovation in food sustainability and health.

报告人简介:

王凯,安徽芜湖人,博士,研究员,博导。国家自然科学基金养蜂学首位青年科学基金B类)获得者、北京市科技新星、中国农业科学院农科英才-杰出青年英才。2016年博士毕业于浙江大学动物科学学院,20167月至今就职于中国农业科学院蜜蜂研究所。现为中国农业科学院蜜蜂研究所蜂产品质量与风险评估创新团队执行首席,主要研究方向为蜜蜂及蜂产品生物学。近五年在国内外重要刊物上发表论文60余篇,其中近五年以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文30篇,ESI高被引论文3篇,中文第一/通讯作者论文8篇,H指数42scopus),论文总被引次数超过5000次,连续五年入选斯坦福大学全球前2%顶尖科学家年度影响力榜单(2021-2025),2023年荣获“Prof. Vassya Bankova 青年科学家奖。现为中国农村专业技术协会青年科技工作者工作委员会主任委员、中国养蜂学会常务理事、中国农学会特产分会常务委员、中国养蜂学会蜂业标准化研究工作委员会秘书,兼任Food Chemistry编辑(Editor)、BMC Complementary Medicine and TherapiesJournal of Food Biochemistry7SCI期刊编委(Editorial board member)、《中国蜂业》编委、《昆虫学报》青年编委。以第一发明人获国家发明专利授权10项(转让1项、技术许可1项)、独立译著1部(58万字)、副主编、参编著作3部。
