报告人简介：

Cecilia has worked in genomics space on diverse species including disease causing fungi and major fruit crops such as apple, pear, kiwifruit and blueberry. Her research focuses on genome, pangenome, comparative genomics, transcriptomics and genotyping, which serve as the base to link genetic information to agronomic traits. Cecilia also contributed to national and international initiatives such as Genomics Aotearoa Bioinformatics Advisory Group; and the AgBioData Working Groups. Her work has been published in journals including Nature Genetics, Plant Biotechnology Journal, Genome Biology, New Phytologist, etc.
